Registration FAQsPTMA features interesting speakers and meaningful topics at our monthly meetings. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, usually at the Marriott NW - 3233 NW Loop 410. Which is at Loop 410 and IH 10. Registration begins at 11:15, Lunch at 11:30, and the Program lasts from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM.

THE FINE PRINT: Guests are welcome. Simply register online, and a fee of $40, which includes the luncheon, can be paid online at time of registration or collected at the door. We accept major credit cards**. For more information you can email ptmasa.treasurer@gmail.com. We look forward to meeting you! Monthly meetings are always free to PTMA members, but please remember to register online.

    Managing the Agent, Not the Seat

    Tim Montgomery, Alamo Cloud Solutions

    Join us on Feb 21st for an engaging hour of conversation on culture with our long-time PTMA friend, Tim Montgomery.  Tim is known as a pioneer in the cloud call center space having built his last BPO call center (CSG) exclusively in the cloud.   Leveraging the cloud, CSG grew from 10 employees to 800+ in just 5 years. For two years, CSG was on the Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest-growing companies and named the SA Business Journal’s fastest-growing large company in San Antonio.  For two years in a row, CSG was recognized as one of San Antonio’s top companies to work for and celebrated for its unique and inspiring culture.    After selling CSG to Qualfon in 2016, Tim returned to his first love – helping call center organizations and leaders reach their maximum potential.  

    During this fast-paced and interactive session, you’ll join Tim on a journey through nearly 30 years of call center experience that helped define his rules for creating a great culture.  Everyone will walk away with innovative ideas to immediately implement and unique ways to challenge conventional call center wisdom.   As part of his commitment to growing others, Tim will provide everyone that attends a free tool that will help to ensure one of the necessary foundations of a great call center culture – the right number of people to do the work!
