Registration FAQsPTMA features interesting speakers and meaningful topics at our monthly meetings. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, usually at the Marriott NW - 3233 NW Loop 410. Which is at Loop 410 and IH 10. Registration begins at 11:15, Lunch at 11:30, and the Program lasts from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM.

THE FINE PRINT: Guests are welcome. Simply register online, and a fee of $40, which includes the luncheon, can be paid online at time of registration or collected at the door.     Nora I. Silva is the Sr. Director of Community Impact for the South-Central Texas and El Paso region of the American Heart Association (AHA) and has been with the organization for 15 years.

    Nora has implemented various programs and initiatives focusing on servicing communities disproportionately affected by cardiovascular disease as well as promotes healthy lifestyles as a group fitness instructor with Gold's Gym.  Additionally, she is a faculty member for the Christian Latina Leadership Institute, the Chair for the Hispanic Women's Network of Texas and also serves as the Executive Pastor of Mosaic Church of San Antonio.  

    Nora holds her Bachelor of Health and Wellness Promotion from Texas State University and her Master of Public Administration with a certification in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from UTSA.  

    She is has a full understanding of the importance and impact of effective communication and networking and is excited to share her information and experience with our members!

    The full day conference features a nationally known keynote speaker and workshop leaders on topics important to our industry. In addition to our opening keynote speaker, the Austin Chamber of Commerce will kick the day off with their annual state of the contact center industry in Central Texas. There will be lots of time throughout the day for networking, and relaxing with old and new friends in the Atrium.  In addition to a day full of education make it a point to visit our industry partners in the exhibit hall to view some of the latest products and services for our industry.
