Mark Brody is a 28 year contact center industry veteran working for companies such as Sallie Mae, Capital One Auto Finance, Texas Guaranteed, and most recently he is a Director for ProCallUSA, a Division of A.W. Companies. Mark is on the Board of Directors for The Austin Contact Center Alliance, The South Central Chapter for PACE, as an at-large Board Member for PTMA, and the Austin Chapter of the Kansas Alumni Association. Mark also finds time as a columnist for The Contact Center Pipeline. Mark uses his operational experiences as a background for assisting others find solutions.
