2017 PTMA Board of Director Biographies


PTMA President: Sunny Myers - LK Jordan & Associates

Sunny Myers has been active with PTMA for over 7 years. She is currently the Assistant Branch Manager with LK Jordan & Associates. Prior to working with LK Jordan, she has served as Branch Manager for Personnel Management firms in San Antonio, Houston and Fort Worth. She has over 13 years of industry experience with specialties in recruiting, project management and customer service. Mrs. Myers received a B.B.A. in  Marketing from Angelo State University.

Vice President of Programs: Anthony Rubio - Security Service Federal Credit Union 

 Anthony Rubio is an Inbound Contact Center Supervisor for Security Service Federal Credit Union. He has supported multiple lines of business within the contact center environment to include telephone, mobile, and online banking. He also serves as a liaison between customer service representatives and other interdependent departments.  Anthony is passionate about employee development and employee engagement. He has leveraged his passion and knowledge of these topics to help develop  and/or facilitate multiple training classes within his organization focusing on topics  such as business writing, employee empowerment, managing over generations,  and other supplemental courses for career progression. As a level II supervisor, he serves  as a mentor to agents and level I supervisors, and works closely with department managers to assess department policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and customer service. Anthony’s unique perception of customer service makes him a  catalyst for change and a great contributor to his team. Anthony has been a member of PTMA since 2013.     

Vice President of Membership : Ruben Gonzalez - Aerotek

 Ruben Gonzales is an Account Manager for Aerotek specializing in human capital solutions in the  Professional Services division. He has over five years of experience in consulting and supporting:  corporate call centers, mortgage, and baking & financial services. He serves as the Professional  Development Chairman for the Greater San Antonio Advisory Board: Texas Diversity Council and is  the Southwest Regional Chair for the Office of Diversity & Inclusion at Aerotek. He graduated from  the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelors of Business Administration in General Business and a minor in Bilingual Bi-cultural Studies. He is driven towards success and has a passion for people and organizational development.

 Vice President of Communications : Jennifer Baumgart - Kohl's Credit & Customer Service 

Jennifer Baumgart is the Quality Assurance Manager for Kohl's Credit & Customer Service Contact Centers.  She is a Customer Service Executive with over 20 years experience in customer service leadership, call center management and process improvement. She is a results oriented leader with expertise in team building, leadership development, sales leadership, process improvement,  project management, process excellence/improvement and call center operations. She has held a variety of leadership roles in customer service, operations, and sales leadership throughout her career. She is passionate about employee engagement, customer experience, operational excellence and giving back to her community through multiple volunteer organizations. 

Treasurer : Charlene Richardson - San Antonio Water System

Charlene Richardson is a Customer Support Manager for San Antonio Water System. She has over 15 years of Call Center experience. Prior to joining SAWS, Charlene worked at JP Morgan Chase and MCI Worldcom as a manager for contact centers where she supervised over 150 employees. For the past two years she has served as Accounting Chair for the American Cancer Society Eastside relay for life and is also treasurer for her sorority. She has a BBA in Management from the University of Texas in San Antonio and an MBA in Human Resources  Development from Webster University. She has been a member of PTMA since 2012.

Secretary : Amy Janke - Nationwide

Amy Janke is a Property & Casualty Customer Service Supervisor for Nationwide. Amy joined Nationwide in April 2011 and has been able to be a part of multiple roles within the company. Amy is responsible for supervising a personal lines customer service unit including supplemental processing for multiple product lines. Amy also plays a key role in acquiring new talent to the organization as a Staffing consultant. Amy has received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from UTSA, and received a Master of Business Administration degree from UIW. Amy is a dynamic leader who has a passion for encouragement and development throughout her organization.
